Espresso grind on a Hario Skerton Plus

Hello 🙂 I recently got a Hario Skerton Plus as a present as I've been getting into the fine espresso at home. It seems to me that the grind is too coarse from this hand grinder and my coffees are brewed too quick when using both a pressurised and unpressurised baskets. Is there a way or a mod that I could do to have a finer grind on the Hario? I have read that it grinds unevenly no make the coarseness but that is not an issue for me just now as I am still miles away from the perfect espresso.

I want to be able to use my present and still pull of a decent shot.
