minimum dose size?

I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Advice needed

I usually brew with the wendelboe recipe and an aeropress. I decided to go v60, for higher volume, and at start brewed with the same niche setting of 45.5. the coffee had some acidity but also bitter after notes. So I decided to go two clicks coarser. Result was tasteless coffee with zero acidity. I used 30gr of coffee for 500ml of 97° water. What would you try next ? Thanks
