I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Are those bags that fold over and have that metal wire on the top any good for longer than a couple of weeks of storage? What about metal or plastic canisters with the plastic lid?

  • What are the top jars or storage recommendations from this sub for beans?
  • Is it just best to only grind the beans I'm going to use at a time? It would be nice to grind say a few days of coffee ahead of time for the convenience in the morning.
