I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

V60 if I’ve already got Chemex and Stagg?

I’ve got a Chemex and Stagg XF that I use routinely in the morning. Grinding courtesy of a Baratza Encore with Virtuoso burr. I like to brew more than a cup at a time so it’s usually 30g of beans for ~2 cups.

Would a V60 have any appreciable difference to those two? They’ve got a cult following so I feel like I’m missing out. But maybe pour over is pour over and I don’t need to have a third tool to store.
