Pour over stalling with older beans

Looking for a bit of advice here, recently been trying to get through some old beans I’ve had lying around since late October. I’ve noticed that, when brewing, the filter seems to clog/drain much slower than usual. I haven’t changed the grind size of these beans at all, and I’ve been using the same brewing technique as I always have.

Is my problem just the fact that I’m using old beans, or should I look into other potential problems with my brew technique?

(For reference, I’m using a fellow Ode grinder, setting 2. Hario v60 pour over using tabless natural filters and boiling water. I’ve never had this problem prior, which leads me to assume it’s simply because I’m using old beans)
