Help with inconsistent grind on my Baratza Encore

I’ve had this grinder for five years. I use it for pour over. I get a ton of tiny particles to the point that it’s clogging my filter. I started to sift the ground coffee and it’s literally up to 20% of the total ground coffee now.

Any tips on what to do? I cleaned the grinder and I’ve gone through the help section on Baratza website to troubleshoot. I examined all the parts based on their instructions and it all looks like it’s supposed to. I don’t know what else to do. Help!
