I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Haven’t been good with v60, switched to aeropress and it’s magical

I'm always getting some sort of weird bitter coffee whenever I try James Hoffman's v60 method. When I heard about the aeropress being this simple yet delicious, it intrigued me to buy it. At the first brew with James Hoffman's aeropress method, I instantly knew that I suck at doing pour-over coffees as the aeropress brew has such a smooth body, rich flavor, and a right balance.

I was wondering what the hell I did wrong with my v60 pour over, lol
