Friends bought me a canister of pre ground. What’s the best way to store it?

My friends got me a canister of pre-ground Café du Monde coffee with chicory. I cracked it open and already made a pretty delicious Vietnamese inspired iced coffee in the Aeropress. But now I’m wondering what to do with the rest of the grounds before they go stale.

Questions:

  2. Should I try to brew as much as possible in the next few days while it’s fresher and have a pitcher of iced or cold brew coffee in the fridge with maybe some brewed coffee stored in the freezer?
  3. Any recipe recommendations for coffee and chicory? I have an Aeropress, V60, Hario Switch, Moka Pot, French Press, and a cloth cold brew bag.
