Follow-up on bedside coffee setup

I wrote awhile ago asking for ideas about a bedside coffee-making setup and received many suggestions but none exactly fit my situation. Now I have a solution I thought I’d share. DeLonghi makes a moka pot called “Alicia” with its own burner and it’s fantastic! Actually better than making coffee on a stovetop. The moka pot has the option of brewing a half or whole cup. It’s fast and because the top is clear you can tell instantly when the coffee has brewed. I have a little spinning frothier that heats the milk and a small thermos for keeping the milk chilled overnight. I do have to grind the beans the night before but keep them in a small light-proof container and I can’t tell the difference. The coffee is delicious and the pot is under $70.
