I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Did the Moccamaster thermal carafe get a redesign?

Im looking at their web site and the thermal carafe looks substantially different. But even amazon has both products and the non-black lid shows up first for me. Google seems to get worse by the month and suprisingly I didnt see anything relevant about this. The reason I ask is because there were some negative reviews on the all steel carafe basically being a poor pourer. Thank you.
