I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

What’s wrong with my milk steaming/pour?

Hey all! I've been trying to perfect my milk steaming and pouring techniques — whenever I pour it starts out really well, but then it ends up being a bit blobby right at the end so my patterns aren't working well. Does this mean I've let it expand too much? I've been swirling and mix it as much as possible but doesn't seem to help – also aim for roughly 60-62 degrees temp. Thanks
