So yesterday I had my very first coffee that I actually liked, something at the local coffee shop. It was from Honduras I believe. I've been reading here on this sub about yirgacheffe from Ethiopia and I'm wondering, how do I know what to look for?

Like, I love bananas right, but I could never tell a difference between a Dole banana and a Chiquita banana. Except for the sticker, you know what I mean? I think this probably hold true (for me) for a lot of things that are grown.

I looked at the websites for some local coffee shops and haven't really found anywhere that sells this. So I just looked generally and it looks like Target has some. What would be the difference between Dole and Chiquita… I mean, Good & Gather vs Fresh Roasted?
