Water for coffee in Berlin, Germany?

I’m newly finicky about my coffee thanks to some great birthday presents. I am using bottled distilled water and Third Wave Water sticks in Berlin, Germany (the water is quite hard here). The bottles aren’t on a deposit system (although they can be recycled), so this generates a lot of plastic waste. I’d love it if someone in this sub can give me suggestions for similarly good (filter coffee) water that doesn’t create so much garbage. Does anyone here live in Berlin, even, and can tell me what they do/what they buy and where? Thanks in advance 🙂
