Visiting Puerto Rico

Hi, I am visiting Puerto Rico in a few weeks. My trip is primarily a birdwatching trip but I am wondering if there are any must-visit local coffee roasteries/farm to cup, and/or coffee farms that I might be able to visit during my time there. I always like to bring back some locally roasted coffee on my trips and it would be cool if I could bring back some green coffee this time too.

I am spending three days in Luquillo, three days in the Arecibo/Utado area, and three days in Maricao.
