I have a weird variety shop in a high traffic area, I dabbled before with a 3 burner pourover, at a bad time.. Looking at going again, better than before*

So if I was adding a superautomatic bean to cup coffeemaker (coffee bean not espresso bean) and it has three hoppers. What are my top two tastes for general appeal? I do not want a variable taste schedule, (seasonal offerings) I want consistency in the offerings all year long.

*Basic GOOD gas station class service, coffee, 1/2&1/2, Milk, sugar, two artificial sweeteners to start.
