Tbsp to cup conversion for coarse ground coffee?

Hi folks,

I'm a longtime Turkish coffee drinker who has recently discovered cold brew.

I have a bunch of tablespoon measures but only a couple of measuring cups.

It seems to me as if – due to the much larger quantity of grounds required – most cold brew recipes denominate the coffee ground measurement in cups rather than tbsp/tsp.

I assume there will be a little bit of variability on this conversion given that we're all likely using slightly different coarse grind settings.

But does anyone have a ballpark for how many tablespoons a cup is equal to – assuming a standard coarse grind for cold brew in both units?

TIA
