minimum dose size?

I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

I typically use a drip coffee maker but I wanted to switch to a portable expresso maker the starspresso. I've looked it up and it seems to be about the best portable one But I am curious if you can or if you have brew gung Fu style or Japanese style short infusion TEA In a expresso machine and what it tastes like I am getting this just for coffee but if it could be an all in one tea expresso comes out something like 5 seconds to 30 seconds or so So I imagine you could do it for Kung Fu brewing the only thing I need to know is if you can reuse the tea leaves because if you could only do 1 30 second brew you're wasting a massive amount of tea since it takes about 3 minutes to get most of the caffeine out.
