minimum dose size?

I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Rust on Virtuoso+?

I found a local posting selling a Virtuoso+ for $90. Condition looks ok except it looks like there’s bit of rust on the burrs in this picture? Is it still ok to use?

Alternatively, there’s another posting for a Virtuoso(not plus) for $50. Condition is ok as well. Since I read that the Virtuoso came out in 2005, this might be pretty old. Should I go for this one instead? Or the Virtuoso+ above which came out in 2019 so it’s at least newer?
