Ready to step up my coffee game!

I've gone down the rabbit hole, watched every James Hoffman video on YouTube, read a ton of posts here and in r/espresso…it's overwhelming. I live in the US, currently use a Cuisinart brewer and grinder but am SO ready for a better daily coffee experience. I'm switching to a local roasters beans but want suggestions for grinders and brewers that will get the most flavor out of these fresh beans for me. I have dabbled in espresso a bit with a nespresso pod machine for convenience. Also have a moka pot. My budget is about $500 total for a new machine grinder and brewer set up for the pre-commute coffee fix. Advice is welcome!
