minimum dose size?

I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Edit: if you try this, be careful. Steam is super hot and can burn the heck out of you.

TL;DR electric kettle steam heats my glass v60

Currently daily driving a glass v60 and it’s great. However, for the first few months I was struggling to get good brews out of it. After watching the James Hoffman v60 (the previous one, not the most recent one cup video) I realised it was to do with pre-heating the brewer, and it worked! Unfortunately, glass sucks for this. It takes a lot of hot water to get up to temp compared to plastic, and while I know I could just make the switch to plastic, I just like the glass.

I was wasting a good deal of boiled water though, so I set out to find a solution. I tried submerging the v60 in hot water, microwaving it, wrapping it in a tea towel as I brewed but these all sucked. Then I noticed the diameter of my kettle lid was the same as a v60, so I took off the lid, put the v60 on top and then balanced the lid on top of that. It works great! V60 is nice and toasty for my brew, and there’s no messing about with extra steps or equipment.

Edit 2: If anybody has ideas on how to improve this, I'm all ears. I'd like to make it a bit safer
