New to Coffee, pour over problems

So ive recently bought a hario v60 pour over and have encountered some issues while brewing

  • Coffee is too sour or bitter. I know that this is due to the grind, so what should i look out for to know when my grind is course enough

  • passing through the filter very slowly. Im new to pour over so it could just be normal but i think it also has to with my third problem

  • Coffee is always lukewarm. I always use freshly boiled water, i make sure the can the coffee comes into is warm and even make sure my mug is hot when i pour my coffee yet its always lukewarm.

Does anyone have any idea why these things might be happening?
