Need help about Gaggia classic, First time buyer! Thanks in advance lovely people!

I've been researching and reading around for a month or two and decided to get a Gaggia Classic!

A brand new Gaggia Classic Pro is around $650 in my area (Indonesia) and the rancilio Silvia is $850

with used GCP being around $550 at it's lowest and Silvia at $650, Recently found a buyer who is selling his old Gaggia Classic non pro at $250 and it seemed like a great deal to me but in the picture I couldn't find the three way solenoid valve so it seems to be the 2015 version? but it isn't made in romania but made in italy which confused me, not sure how important the solenoid valve is but for my use case I plan to make 4-5 drinks daily and at most 3 cups back to back if ever rarely.

Already have a DF64 that I've used for manual brew and plan to change its declumper for espresso use!

The $250 Gaggia classic serial code https://imgur.com/a/ft9FufR

Not sure if I should purchase this or save up and get a used gcp…. Would really appreciate any insight or help and apologies for my English!
