Manual machine + grinder vs Auto machine. Need help

Hi coffeelovers, I'm new to coffee making and I have two buy options for my budget right now :

Delonghi Dedica + Baritza Virtuoso+ grinder OR Delonghi Magnifica Start.

I wonder if the difference in taste from manual to automatic is big ?
If i'm new to this, will my coffee be tasteless if I'm going for the manual one ?
I like the idea to make coffee, take 10mn to do something good, but isn't it too annoying every morning before going to work ?

Note that it will be my first machine, I'm drinking a lot of coffee everyday and I like strong black coffees.

Thank you !
