Looking for a budget burr grinder, found a Wilfa Svart Aroma second hand for around 85 euros

I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Looking for a budget burr grinder, found a Wilfa Svart Aroma second hand for around 85 euros

I personally think that'd be spending too much for a second hand unit, I also heard they tend to be pretty faulty with time and hard to repair (this guy used it for almost a year with no issue though). If I were to spend that I'd be way over my budget of around 50-60 euros. I live in Europe so second hand or refurbished Baratzas are not an option unfortunately. What would you guys do? (I don't do espresso, mainly moka pot)
