I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

I gifted myself the Breville Barista Express and I’m super excited to begin using it. However, the complexity makes it overwhelming and I’m not sure where to start. For ex: grind size changes the flavour of coffee 🤩 any book that you would recommend that comes with recipes that clearly layout cup size to use, grindsize, base flavours, etc until I get a hang of it to venture out on my own? I prefer books/recipes over videos. But all recos are welcome. TIA
