Increasing Acidity

I've got a wonderful Ethiopian I'm drinking at the minute and it tastes really good but I wish it had more acidity. Is there anything I can do to try increase this.

Iv tried higher/ lower temps currently @ 94c Tried increasing the magnesium in my water Tried grinding finer and coarser Tried increasing and reducing ratio currently at 14.5:1

I feel iv got everything where I want it, if I try lower the extraction I lose the fruity flavours. But I just wish it had more acidity.

Any suggestions? Would adding lemon juice to the brewing water be crazy
