Inconsistant amount of coffee extracted from moka pot

minimum dose size?

I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Inconsistant amount of coffee extracted from moka pot

Been using my moka pot for more than a week straight. So far, there's no issue with the taste apart from the fact that it's a little bit blend sometimes. My concern is that the amount of coffee extracted is different everytime and I'm not sure what's causing it. I start with boiling water in the bottom chamber, put coffee grounds, try to distribute the coffee evenly with a toothpick (too cheapstake for a tool 😅) seal the pot and put it on stove, lowest heat. Sometimes, my boiled water is less hotter just fyi. I'm also not sure about the relation between the temperature of the water and the amount of coffee extracted? I always eyeball the coffee grounds amount so sometimes, it might be a bit lesser and sometimes it's more. As a result, sometimes, it would taste better as well as the amount extracted is just nice but I don't know what I have to do to keep that same taste and amount of coffee. Sometimes, I do the same procedures I mentioned above but the coffee extracted is lesser than usual. I just would like to know how to keep my coffee consistent.
