minimum dose size?

I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

I was wrong: the melodrip is completely worth it

Confession time: I've resisted the idea of the Melodrip for a few years, figuring that because I don't usually do cone pour-overs, I didn't need the distribution help.

I was wrong. I bought a South Indian coffee filter a few months ago, and jury-rigged an even distribution with a spoon (not consistent, ugh), and then an Aeropress bottom (better, but wow my fingers cramped). So I broke down and bought a Melodrip. It works for both the South Indian coffee filter and Aeropress with fine grind, the two use cases in my setup.
