I am on a mission to make a better Butterbeer Frappuchino than Starbucks, and I’m new to coffee brewing

I am completely new to coffee brewing. I got a Chefman espresso maker the other day and finally tried it yesterday, and I had never had anything that tasted so good from a coffee maker in my life. I grew up on your run of the mill electric drip coffee brewers and k-cup machines.

I do have an electric coffee grinder, my dad got into grinding his own coffee beans from one of his friends and bought a French press but never went further than that, so I can grind my own beans if that's what it takes.

Can anyone recommend specific coffee brands that have the fuller flavour I'm looking for? Also if anyone has any tips on where I can find good toffee nut syrup and caramel syrup that I can order online that would be amazing.
