I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Help connecting Artisan to Ozturkbay

I just purchased a 15 kilo Ozturkbay and want to set up Artisan or Cropster. More specifically how do I hook up to the thermocouples that already exist on the roaster? Should I skip the existing ones add a new thermocouple with better placement and hook up to that? Artisan has some info on their website and I have the device that hooks up to my computer but I’m not sure where to go from there. Can I splice into the existing thermocouples, then where should I pull a ground from? Any thoughts or ideas appreciated.
