minimum dose size?

I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

I brew a brazilian cerrado using Tetsu Kasuya’s 4:6 method. 20g to 300ml. I usually just put the V60 on top of my mug so I can drink from it directly after brewing.

However this morning I figured I could transfer all of the brewed coffee to another mug. But to my surprise, when I weighed it, the brew was only 250g. I know I brewed correctly to 300g, and reset the scale to 0 on both mugs before I poured the water in. Not sure how am I suddenly 50g off?

Btw, coffee newbie here. Do all of you include the water in the bloom phase in the overall brew weight? I read some people don’t.
