First time coffee roasting and bean storage

Hi, this is my first post here, please help! I will roast some Huehuetenango green beans, from Guatemala, with a cast iron pan. I dont know how to store them after the roast, can I put them in a metal box and air them a few times a day? It's going to be a cristhmas present so what kind of finel wrapping do you recomend, my idea was paper bags with plastic interior. Any idea for a first time roaster would be apreciated.
