Cold brewing in a nitrogen environment?

minimum dose size?

I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Cold brewing in a nitrogen environment?

I make cold brew often and like it quite a bit. I also have a kegerator so if I wanted I could brew up a large tank of cold brew and then dispense it with nitrogen to get nitro cold brew.
So I was thinking, cold brew gets a bad wrap for tasting "stale" because it is exposed to oxygen for its whole brew process, but I was wondering what would happen if it was brewed under nitrogen pressure? With my kegerator setup I could flush out all the oxygen from the keg during and after the brew.
Any idea what kind of effect this would have?
