I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Coffee truck business- ideas and insight?

Chewing on the idea of getting started in the coffee truck/trailer business. Focusing solely on coffee/espresso drinks (not wanting to get into the food/bev permit mess). I already have a pickup truck and access to a two-horse trailer. Of course fixing up the trailer, a commercial espresso machine, etc will be the investment… but just curious about the mobile coffee business (a seemingly growing trend). How lucrative can it be? Is it possible as a one-man show with quality coffee drinks? I’m sure it depends on the region/season, but how quickly is liftoff?
