I notice both of these companies are Taiwan based, as well as other coffee gear companies like Kin Grinder, and also more niche companies like WAFO. Does Taiwan have a long-standing culture around coffee the way Italy does? If this is a more recent development, what's driving it? Asking as someone, who already thinks Taiwan is a pretty neat country.
