Brewing unit doesn’t fit anymore

I need help from a hardware expert! I have a Tchibo coffee maker that grinds beans. The brewing unit gets easily dirty, so I have to clean it often. Today the unit didn't fit anymore. As you can see the gear wheels don't line up anymore. That's why it doesn't fit. I tried to move the gear wheels in the coffee maker, but it is very stuck. Does anybody know how I can fix this? Unfortunately the warranty expired a couple of months ago.
