Breville Barista Pro- no flow for second shot, but first shot pulls great

Having some issues after having the machine for a week. The first 2 days while testing and dialing in, I was able to pull shot after shot. The last few days, first shot pulls and when I go to make a second, it barely drips out. The puck is pretty dry. I then just run it again with the same puck and flow comes out. It seems like the second shot takes forever to build pressure and at that point just stops. Nothing changes as far as grind or temp between first and second shot. I always run the grinder to empty out the hopper and I run a blind shot as well. Any ideas?
