Advent Calendar Thread

It's Dec 1st and it will be great if we can have a thread for our Advent Calendar coffee brewing. I'll start……

Revolver Day 1- they give you 20g of 24 coffees. They published the list beforehand and I'm excited to try coffee from a lot of popular roasters I've never ordered from. It will be fun trying to get a good cup with one try; I feel up to the challenge.

Day 1 is La Cabra El Salvador Santa Ana. I saw a few "not great" reviews so have pushed that coffee to the last day of the calendar. My thought is La Cabra coffee has the reputation of needing to rest a month; I'll wait. (though there's no way to tell how long it's already rested)
