Pouring Speed with 4:6 Method

Do I go for an aggressive pour to increase agitation since there’s no stirring or swirling, or a gentle pour? Additionally, how many clicks do I use with a Comandante C40, I’ve heard some people say 28-32. Thanks in advance!
