Stovetop kettle recs, after reading all the threads…

Hey – I've looked around quite a bit and can't find the stove top kettle of my dreams (for coffee and tea). I've almost concluded it doesn't exist, but thought I'd try here.

  • Induction compatible (okay, easy)
  • Built-in thermometer (still easy)
  • Capacity >1 liter (hmm, harder)
  • Ideally pours faster than a "pure" gooseneck – this Kitchenaid is a really interesting idea (okay, really hard)

Thanks! Why? Because I want to save electric kettle counterspace, still be able to heat water to sub-boiling temps, and also be able to make two very large cups of tea at once, for me and my partner.
