I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Are flat burrs that different to good quality conical burrs?

I have noticed some people mentioning how flat burrs produce a different flavor profile, specially for pour-over. Mainly more "clarity" of flavors and notes. I also noticed no flat burr hand grinders exist, only electrical ones (I would presume the size and force needed for flat burrs make this very impractical for manual grinders).

But for the average coffee enthusiast (not a q-grader or professional roaster who needs to taste every single note possible), how different is a decent flat burr electric from a high quality conical hand grinder? I drink mainly v60 and aeropress. Don't really drink espresso, only make faux espresso on my aeropress when I am craving a cappuccino or something (but never straight espresso). I use a 1zpresso k-max for grinding currently.
