Why v60 served in different cup gave different taste

Hi everyone, today i order a v60 and the barista there gave me 2 different cup, first one is a stemless wine glass and she said it will give lighter body and more aromatic, and the second cup is an espresso cup of which she said it will give more body.

And after i tasted both, it sure have different taste (it's from the same server, i'm the one who pours it to each cup).

Can someone help me explain what's the science behind it?
