minimum dose size?

I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

Just as the title says, sometimes I like to try a few different roasts from a roaster, or to buy a smaller amount of an otherwise unaffordable coffee. Where can I get this? I'm in the US and only interested in US roasters, but welcome everyone else to get in on the fun for roasters where they are (please identify the country), this could be a reference thread for small-bags everywhere. Some roasters I know about:

  • Vibrant
  • Onyx
  • Passenger (5 oz)
  • Madcap
  • S&W Roasters (have 4 x 4oz sampler pack)
  • PT's Coffee (have a 4 choice sampler pack)
  • Big Shoulders Coffee (3 choice sample pack)
  • Nossa Familia Coffee
  • De Fer Coffee
  • Domestique Coffee
  • Camber Coffee (4 x 3oz sample pack)
  • Peach Coffee Roasters
  • Red Rooster (4 x 2oz sample pack)
  • Treeline (2oz sample sizes of most coffees available)

All US roasters

If I listed a sample pack, it's only a YOU CHOOSE sample pack, I skipped a few with pre-determined sample packs
