What’s your favorite treat to have with your coffee, that isn’t sweet?

I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

What’s your favorite treat to have with your coffee, that isn’t sweet?

Hi all, new to the sub!

I’ve been wondering about what treats or munchies would be good to have with my coffee, that isn’t loaded with sugar

For context, I take my coffee mid-level milky with no sugar. I eat a lot of sweets in my diet, as is, so I’ve been trying to curb my sugar intake. In recent history, you’d find me having my coffee with any cookie, snack cake, chocolates, etc but I’m trying to cut back on sweets.

The suggestion doesn’t necessarily need to be something with zero sugar but I already do enjoy my sweets outside of my nightly coffee, so anything would be great
