What’s the best and worst part about owning and running a coffee shop?

I'm not interested in getting into it myself, as I have no experience in the service industry, no real appetite for risk and no desire to run a business in general. But sometimes I think about it and I wonder what's the most enjoyable thing about it and what's the worst, either on an ongoing basis or as one-offs.

There seem to be a lot of coffee shop proprietors here. What do you think?
