what to do with ground coffee

I've been recently gifted a bag of coffee from a friend who was holidaying in Thailand. The tasting notes on the packet just says "fruity floral". Unfortunately it came pre-ground, and the grind size is much much finer than what I'm used to (somewhere between medium and fine).

The V60 is my daily brewer of choice, but I also have an Aeropress, which I used to make a cuppa with, and I did not get any fruity nor floral tones, it was quite a bitter and chocolately cup. I then tried making cold brew with a 1:8 ratio, approx 16h in the fridge and that also yielded a similar flavour profile to what I got with the Aeropress, albeit a smoother experience. I'm not a super precise brewer, but I've generally been able to get some, if not all of the tasting notes out of my coffees so I'm at a bit of a loss rn, if anyone has any tips I'd be grateful!
