I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

There's an upcoming Coffee event coming this weekend, Manila Coffee Festival, and I was concerned about the amount of caffeine I'll be consuming. This'll be my first public event that I'll be going to, and I don't want to be overly anxious or worse overload (my taste-buds/on caffeine) to the point it would ruin my entire experience.

What are some things I could do throughout the week to prepare? (I am lowering my caffeine consumption by half this week)
