I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

What are the lesser known coffee origins?

I'm curious about countries which grow coffee, but it is not readily available and not as talked about in the community. For example, I heard that Yemen coffee is top tier, but since there's an ongoing war in the country there's just no way to export it. Can anyone confirm or deny it, or maybe someone tasted it?

Also today I stumbled upon Jamaican coffee online. Is it any good?

Maybe there are other countries that you know which have coffee but it's not so widespread around the world for some reason?
