minimum dose size?

I use the Hario switch to brew my coffee and am trying to reduce my caffeine consumption. Hence I would like to brew smaller cups of coffee. I am currently using 10g of coffee with 160g of water. (1:16 Ratio) I am wondering if there is a minimum amount of coffee...

What about a moka pot?

Hi there, I am currently having a problem with my Tognana moka pot. I need to replace the gasket and it led me to 2 questions:

  1. Are gaskets universal or do I specifically need a Tognana replacement gasket? I seem to only find replacements for Bialetti
  2. How does this community view moka pots? I have read things about aeropresses and specific machines, but I haven't come across moka pots yet. Any reason behind that?
