Weird Grinder Issue

Hello!

I recently purchased a Eureka Oro Mignon Single Dose Grinder as an upgrade to my old Vario.

My Issue: I get drastically lower volume out of the grinder than what I put into it.

Procedure:
1. Weight 18g of coffee beans
2. Put beans in hopper and grind them
3. Measure the new grinded weight which has been only 5-6 grams.

Only 25% of the grinds I put into the machine are coming out of it.

Any ideas?
